When you send us a message or book a call, a member of our team reviews your details and replies within one business day. If you booked a call, you will receive a confirmation with the date and time, and you can add it straight to your calendar. Before the session, we may ask a few simple questions about your practice — the number of providers, your approximate Medicare patient count, and whether you participate in an ACO — so that we can come prepared with a preliminary model.

During the thirty-minute working session we walk through your numbers together. You will leave with a realistic estimate of your APCM revenue potential and a clear picture of the options available to you, whether or not you decide to work with us.

Information to have ready

You do not need anything to get started, but the following makes our first conversation more productive: an estimate of your Medicare fee-for-service patient count, the number of billing providers and Tax ID Numbers, any current care management programs you run, the EHR you use, and whether you participate in Medicare Shared Savings, ACO REACH or other value-based arrangements.
